Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTP) is a national programme helping businesses improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of knowledge, technology and skills. KTPs are subsidised by Government grants. The business forms a partnership with a university to gain access to academic expertise and recruite a recently qualified associate who will undertake a project which is of strategic value to the organisation.

You can find out more about KTPs here or contact West Midlands universities directly.
