West Midlands Universities to support senior female staff with a regional HE Women's Network
A report published today highlights the gap between women and men in senior roles in universities. There are many factors which contribute to the disparities in gender and there is no simple solution.
One action that we can take is to actively support, encourage and empower women who aspire to reaching the top of their profession and we can announce that Universities in the West Midlands are committed to establishing a region wide network for senior women in HE.
